Sorry for the delay on this post. I’ll explain why I delayed this post and what I plan to do when it comes to posting at the end of this post. So, actually this episode is quite straight forward and will probably be the shortest out of my Toradora summaries. Reason being is, this episode didn’t really have all that much to talk about. . . Or I felt that this episode wasn’t as great. So here we go.

In this episode, we’re really more concentrated on Ryuuji TRYING to make some kind of move on Kushieda Minori. There is a small moment with Taiga and Kitamaru, but nothing too important to the main focus of this episode.

The episode starts off with Taiga and Ryuuji walking and they overhear the baseball game. Kushieda is playing and Ryuuji goes into dreamer mode. Actually, the way Ryuuji was “fanboying” over Minori in the first scene was kind of interesting. He finds everything about her good. Even her off-pitched singing is good. Show’s what really matters to him huh.

 

Taiga being the tsundere that she is, of course doesn’t like the way Ryuuji looks at Kushieda and his eyes were met with Taiga’s fingers. They get to school and we find out that Minori likes to decorate cellphones. Apparently it’s a job she does, so go figure.

 

We move on to the normal Taiga and Ryuuji having dinner at Ryuuji’s house. Ryuuji’s mom is gone for work and Taiga is awaiting Ryuuji’s cooking, but he’s too busy day-dreaming and thinking about his “interaction” with Minori that day. They eventually find out the rice-cooker is broken and they end up going out and eating. We learn that Minori works at this restaurant and gives Ryuuji and Taiga a special. It’s some huge ice cream thing, but large piles of fries were also offered if Ryuuji refused the ice cream thing.

 

The question was brought up by Ryuuji wondering why Minori works so much and Taiga just responded by saying Minori likes to do it. It wasn’t because she was poor or needed the money or anything and Ryuuji was told not to assume without realizing the situation.

Next day, Ryuuji finds out another place that Minori works at and heads over to her work place for a visit. Of course, while going to his planned destination, he runs into a customer of the place Ryuuji mom works at. Apparently Ryuuji’s mom has a selling point.

 

Ironically, or coincidentally, we find out that Minori was working with the man as a part-time worker. Due to various reasons, help is always great and Ryuuji and Taiga were asked if they wanted to help. Without even considering Taiga’s opinion, Ryuuji takes the job and pulls Taiga into it too. Of course, Ryuuji having the mother that the store owner likes, Taiga ends up doing a lot of the work.

 

Taiga is asked to deliver something by bike, but there’s one problem…well two, but mainly one. That is Taiga can not ride a bike. Of course, rather than riding the bike, Taiga pushes the bike to delivery point at full speed, which I guess works just as well. Minori and Ryuuji were asked to retrieve something from the storage house. As a joke they were saying how it would be bad if they were to get locked in. It just so happens, they get locked in.

On Taiga’s side, she’s heading back and decides to take a rest. Yuusaku appears and kind of “inspires” Taiga to “learn” how to ride a bike. Yuusaku also explains that he knew Taiga didn’t know how to ride due to the fact that he stalked her all last year. Taiga arrives back at the shop, while Minori and Ryuuji are trying to pass the time and get people to know they are locked inside the storage house. Taiga eventually finds out where they are, while Ryuuji and Minori found a plan to get out using a window. Of course, Taiga breaks through the window and lands on Ryuuji.

 

With that the episode ends and we never find out what happened to the three of them. I’m sure a doujin will come up where they have. . . I’ll leave it at that. Anyways, we end the episode with a cat.

Anyways, the reason why this was delayed so long was because I was both lazy and I couldn’t think of a way to make this summary good. I’m also planning to do summaries for a lot of the new stuff too because they’re quite damn good. Expect some new content in the near future. Also updates might become more and more slow from me due to the mass amount of games I plan to play and am playing right now. I’m also balancing school, so please forgive me on the slow posting.
