Yes, the show is like Lucky Star. No, the show is not Lucky Star. Just had to get that out there. Just because it was animated by Kyoto Animation, it may look like it, but it’s not. *cough*Haruhi*cough*

The show is about a group of girls in a light music club, rescued from dissolution because all the members from previous years had graduated. The series starts with two of the main characters (Ritsu and Mio) joining the club, then convincing the third main character (Tsumugi) to join. Finally, all three manage to convince the fourth character of the show (Yui), who cannot play anything but the castanet, to join by saying that they’ll help her learn to play guitar.

I’ve got to say, I could listen to the OP over and over again, and not get tired of it. Of course, this can be said about a lot of OPs and EDs I’ve listened to over the past couple years, but that’s beside the point.
