Product Placement
As everyone loves a bit of product placement…..right?
I am astounded by the amount of product placement in anime and films right now, I was watching Evangelion 1.11 a couple days ago when the shot above jumped out and reminded me of what was the epic-ness of the Code Geass Pizza Hut placements in EVERY OTHER shot. to be honest I am surprised there wasn’t a Knightmare endorsed by Pizza Hut. I re-watched Iron Man aswell yesterday as you may know if you follow my twitter and noticed that old can’t remember his name protagonist was eating a burger from Burger King.
So to stop this becoming a lengthy rant what are your opinions on product placement in anime/films or whatever? Personally I don’t as long as it isn’t over the top, though if it makes me laugh when its a bit too much then that’s all good aswell.
